In a Mixer Grinder take soaked rice, soaked Urad Dal and boiled potato

And grind it without adding any water.Now add crushed red chilli, salt to taste....

Now add chaat Masala and give it a good mix.

Heat oil in nonstick kadai... now with the help of pipping bag make Kurkure as given picture

Fry till golden brown in Colour

For making it more spicy you can add red chilli powder and add chat masala... If You are giving this to your kids avoid giving red chilli powder
