Ingredients

20 minutes
4people
  • 1 cupkamal kakdi roundels
  • 1 cuppotato chunks
  • tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • hing pinchful
  • ginger garlic gr ch paste 1 spoon
  • salt1 /2 spoon
  • 1 tbspoil
  • jeera 1/4 spoon
  • kitchen king masala1/2 spoon
  • red ch powder 1/2 spoon
  • coriander pd1 spoon
  • kasuri methi to garnish

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Pressure cook kamalkakdi for 3-4 whistles with salt

  2. 2

    Add oil in pan put jeera and hing and saute potato for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add salt and cook covered

  4. 4

    Take them out and saute besan and all masalas

  5. 5

    Put tomato, ginger garlic paste and saute till cooked

  6. 6

    Add 1 tbsp curd and cook

  7. 7

    Add water and boil

  8. 8

    Add potatoes and kamalkakdi and cook covered on low flame

  9. 9

    Finally add kitchen king masala and kasuri methi and serve

  10. 10
