Steps

Pressure cook kamalkakdi for 3-4 whistles with salt

Add oil in pan put jeera and hing and saute potato for 5 mins

Add salt and cook covered
- 4
Take them out and saute besan and all masalas
- 5
Put tomato, ginger garlic paste and saute till cooked
- 6
Add 1 tbsp curd and cook

Add water and boil
- 8
Add potatoes and kamalkakdi and cook covered on low flame

Finally add kitchen king masala and kasuri methi and serve
- 10
