Soak your white rice for some hours or overnight

Wash the rice and mix with cooked rice,then blend until become smooth as you want it then add yeast and stir well and allow it to rise for like 1 hour

After rise add in sugar baking powder,salt,onion then stir

Add veg oil in to waina fan hole when it's hot then add batter and fry until both side are cooked and Golden brown

Keep doing it until finish the batter then serve

You can serve with vegetables soup or pepper meat
