In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder,yeast,salt, sugar, nutmeg.

Use your fingers to blend the butter in to the flour until it's crumby

Add the beaten egg and mix together, the dough should look dry at this point.

Begin to introduce water a little at a time and work the dough till is soft

Work the dough for about 5 minutes then cover it and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes.

Work the dough again for minutes and divided it in to 5.

Tightly wrap each of the dough around each egg(it must be tightly covered).

Sprinkle the flour on the rolls. Fry on a medium heat turning over and over again until it's golden brown(DEEP FRYING).0
