We make mojitos frequently, this time I tried to serve it in a different and innovative way. Instead of serving in glass ,I served this in an ice bowl. Preparing the ice bowl took almost a day as it should not be full solid or hollow. Edges should be solid and hollow in the center. While pouring Mojito into the ice bowl, we have to keep one plate below it.

1 glasswater to make ice bowl
250 gmjamun(Indian Blackberry)
1lemon
2 tbspsugar(optional)
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspblack salt
10-12mint leaves

First make an ice bowl,fill one bowl with water and keep in the deep freezer for min 2hrs

It should not be fully set

Make hole with the knife and remove water from center

Again keep the ice bowl in the freezer till all preparation is done

Now remove seeds of jamun

Transfer in a mixer jar

Add all ingredients and make puree

Now take a plate and keep the ice bowl on it

Now mix lemon juice, mint leaves and soda in jamun(indian blackberry) puree

Slowly pour this ready mojito in the ice bowl
