130-160 gwarm water
3 gyeast
40 gbrown sugar
40 gmolasses
80 grye flour
220 gbread flour
8 gcocoa
4 gsalt
10 gveg oil

Steps

Mix all except oil. Knead in oil until gluten forms

Fermant for 1 hour

Press air out, divide into 4 dough, roll and shape. Fermant for 1 hour

Bake 15-20 mins in 180C
