Ingredients

  • 130-160 gwarm water
  • 3 gyeast
  • 40 gbrown sugar
  • 40 gmolasses
  • 80 grye flour
  • 220 gbread flour
  • 8 gcocoa
  • 4 gsalt
  • 10 gveg oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all except oil. Knead in oil until gluten forms

  2. 2

    Fermant for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Press air out, divide into 4 dough, roll and shape. Fermant for 1 hour

  4. 4

    Bake 15-20 mins in 180C
