Put almond flour in the bowl. Add sift powder sugar. Whisk it. Add lemon zest, egg white, vanilla extract and honey. Use a spatula to combine well. Shape a small ball, place on the baking mat. Use the fork to press it. Bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes or until turn to golden brown.
