Chicken 65 Biryani is a special kind of biryani where the cooked rice is layered with chicken 65 masala and other spices, and dum cooked with perfection. Chicken 65 Biryani is different from regular biryani. If you see the whole process it will look lengthy, but it is worth trying.

Steps

Wash the rice and soak it for few minutes.

Take a vessel fill it half of water and keep for boiling and whole raw spices, coriander leaves,mint leaves, chilies,oil,ghee and salt.

When the water start boiling add the soaked rice into the boiling water.

Cook it 70% to 80% eat 1 grain then you can understand it is cooked or not strain the rice and keep it aside.(keep the water aside)

Wash the chicken take a mixing bowl add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder add half of the ingredients you have taken

Then add tandoori masala,corn flour,salt,curry leaves and mix it well add water if needed

Keep oil for deep frying and start frying the chicken 65

Keep it aside in a plate

Take a biryani handi and on the flame add 3 tbsp oil then add sliced onions, cumin seeds, mustard seeds

When it turns into golden add ginger garlic paste cook it until the raw flavour goes

Now add powered spices chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, biryani masala.

Take curd add sugar and mix it well now add it into the handi.

Cook it nicely now add salt then add friend chicken 65 pieces and mix it.

Now low down the gas flame take gravy and some pieces in a bowl now add 1 layer of rice.

Add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.

Now add the gravy and chicken pieces and layer the rice again garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves again.

Cover it with lid and place something heavy on the biryani handi.

High the gas flame for 10 minutes then low the flame and cook it on dum for 20 minutes minimum.

Serve it with dalcha,salan gravy,or riata
