Boil water until it comes to a rolling boil. Add the dried udon noodles and cook for 10 minutes, then drain well.

Place the all-purpose flour in a large bowl. Toss the cooked noodles in the flour until coated.

Heat oil until hot. Fry the noodles until golden and crispy, then remove and drain. Serve and enjoy!
