  • 1 1/2 CupsShort Grain Rice
  • 2 cupswater
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • msg

  1. 1

    Thouroughly wash rice until water runs clean

  2. 2

    Cover with 2 cups water, add 1/2 tsp salt/sugar/MSG and 2 tsp rice vinegar and rest for 20 mins

  3. 3

    Cook from cold, with pan lid on medium heat until all water has been absorbed (~15 mins)

  4. 4

    Fork rice to gently separate
