Paneer is a rich in protein and calcium, so have used paneer with cheese and chilli for a yummy taste and healthy breakfast.
Paired with fresh mango juice as mangoes are in season.

Assemble ingredients

Take bread slices and apply butter on any one side and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add all veggies + paneer + salt + pepper powder + butter + grated cheese and give a good mix.

Apply a thick layer of the prepared mixture keeping buttered side outwards. Sprinkle with grated cheese and lastly add sweet corn.

Put pan / tawa on low flame, put bread slice and put little butter for better toasting. Cover and toast for around 2 minutes.

Paneer Chilli Toast is ready to serve.

Pair with fresh mango juice.
