  • 1/2 cupKala Chana (soaked overnight)
  • 1small Onion
  • 1medium Tomato
  • 2-3 tbspsweet corn
  • 1green chilli
  • 3 tbspCucumber
  • 1small Potato
  • as requiredSalt, black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspRoasted Jeera powder
  • 1/4 tspChat Masala
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 2 tbspKabuli Chana (soaked overnight)
  • As requiredRoasted Peanuts (optional)

    Boil Kala Chana + Kabuli Chana and drain water.

    Assemble ingredients

    Take a mixing bowl, add boiled chana, add all veggies + masala + salt + lemon juice and give a gentle mix.
