Ingredients

4-6 pcs
  • 1 cupSuji
  • 1/4 cupbesan/ rice flour
  • 1chopped Onion
  • 1/4chopped capsicum
  • 5-7chopped French beans
  • 1/2grated Carrot
  • 1/4 cupchopped cabbage
  • 1small pc grated Ginger
  • 1-2chopped green chilli
  • As per tasteSalt
  • As Per RequiredOil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well.

  2. 2

    Add little water & make the batter.

  3. 3

    Heat tawa & put 1 tbsp batter.. drizzle oil on the sides.

  4. 4

    You can make 2-3 pancakes at a time.

  5. 5

    Cook pancakes from both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with ketchup, mayonnaise, or green chutney.
