Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  2. 2 tablespoonsflour
  3. 1 1/4 cupsmilk
  4. Salt and ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the butter

  2. 2

    Stir in the flour and stir, until the paste cooks and bubbles a bit, but don't let it brown

  3. 3

    Add milk, continue to stir as the sauce thickens. Bring it to a boil. For 2 minutes.Add salt and pepper to taste.
