Ingredients

1hr
  • Fish pieces 2
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2Lemon juice
  • 1 tbspTandoori masala
  • 1/2 tspKashmiri red chilled powder
  • 1 tspRoasted Jeera and coriander powder
  • leavesRoasted dry fenugreek
  • leavesChopped coriander
  • Oil 2tbsp/ghee
  • 1/4 tspTandoori colour
  • 1 tbspGinger And garlic paste
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  • Green chillies paste 1tbsp or as per your taste
  • 2-3 tbspYoghurt
  • 2-4Potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tspChaat masala
  • 1/4 tspKashmiri red chilies powder
  • 1/4 tspRoasted jeera powder
  • 1/4 tspDry mixed herbs

Steps

    Marinate fish with salt, lemon juice for 15mins.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl and add yoghurt, green chillies paste, ginger and garlic paste, black pepper powder, tandoori masala, tandoori colour, roasted jeera and coriander powder, kashmiri red chilies powder and oil/ghee and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Add marinate fish pieces in above yogurt mixture,for 30mins.

  4. 4

    Take baking tray, arrange sliver foli and add fish pieces with gravy and bake in the oven at 150c for 10_15mins, check in between with tooth pick, when fish is ready remove in serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves, lemon slices

  5. 5

    Finally add roasted dry fenugreek leaves, serve with Punjabi chip🐟🥔

  6. 6

    For Punjabi chip: special masala, take a bowl add salt, Chaat masala, kashmiri red chilies powder, roasted jeera powder, dry mixed herbs mix in well.

  7. 7

    Cut potatoes like french fries, fry them, when hot sprinkle Punjabi masala on chip,mix

  8. 8

    Serve with Punjabi tandoori fish, enjoy.
