Vegetable Rava Upma
Steps

Dry roast the rava in a pan until it turns a light brown (about 7-10 mins). Transfer to a bowl when done and set aside to cool.

Heat the oil and fry cashewnuts, penauts first and transfer to a bowl in the same pan then add the mustard seeds and curry leaves.

When mustard seeds splutter, add the Green onions, green Peace, green chillies. Fry for 4-5 mins until the onions turns golden brown.

Now add the vegetables and mix it well. Add about 3 cups water and cook until the vegetables turn soft.

Then add salt, sugar and again mix it well. Then lower fire to sim and add the roasted rava into it and at a time stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Continue to cook and stir for another 5 mins. Before you serve, add Ghee and mix it well.

So, Vegetable Rava Upma is Ready. Serve with lemon or Curd.
