Steps

Wash and soak poha. After 5 mins squeezed and tranfer in mixing bowl. Also add bhajani flour, chopped onion and green chilli ginger, corainder leaves,all spices, salt. Mix well.

Add little little water and bind in semi stiff dough. Knead divide into 4 equal portions balls.

Heat griddle. On rolling board place white / kitchen cloth. Wet it with water. Sprinkle little sesame seeds in it. Place prepared bhajani flour dough. Pat it with wet fingers. Make holes.

Apply oil on heated griddle.Gently pick it up..and put on griddle. Pour 1 tsp oil. Cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and let it roast on low medium flame till crispy golden.

Flip and cook another lower side turn crispy golden. Similarly prepare all Bhajani Thalipeeth.

Serve Relish Delicious Hot Bhajani Thalipeeth with fresh curd and raw mango-garlic pickle.
