
Cooking Instructions

Slice chicken down the middle, season, and cook. (~10 minutes)

While chicken breasts are cooking, dice bell pepper and onion and shred cheese.

After chicken is done cooking, remove and add bell pepper, onion, salt and pepper to oiled skillet. Shred chicken. Stir pepper onion mixture occasionally.

Remove pepper onion mixture and add tortilla to skillet. Top with cheese, onion pepper mixture, chipotle sauce, and chicken. Close, press and flip once side is seared. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve with sour cream and sides of your choosing (chips and cheese/salsa, rice, etc)
