Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 tablespoonoil
  2. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  4. 3 clovesgarlic chopped
  5. 8 ouncesground beef -- cooked and chopped
  6. 1 cupcheddar cheese or jalapeno jack cheese
  7. 3each green onions, cut on a bias
  8. 1/2of jalapeno -finely chopped
  9. 1/2each green bell pepper – small diced
  10. 1/4 cupsour cream
  11. 1/4 teaspooncumin
  12. 1/4 teaspoonchili powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  14. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  15. 1/2 cupsalsa
  16. 4 tablespooncilantro chopped
  17. 1 tablespooncrystal hot sauce
  18. 1 tablespoonlime juice
  19. 2Flour tortillas 12"inch or 8- 6"inch

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the ground beef in a saute pan with the oil and first salt and pepper until browned. Drain off the fat

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Divide and place in tortillas and fold over

  4. 4

    Spray the tortilla with pan spray and cook in saute pan or on griddle at 350 degrees about 4-5 minutes per side,cook until it is golden brown and delicious and melted on the inside:)
