Ingredients

  • 6eggs
  • 85 gcoconut flour
  • 70 gfructose or other sweetener
  • Hint of salt
  • Vanilla and lemon peel

  1. 1

    Mix the eggs with the sweetener, vanilla and lemon peel, until gets very fluffy

  2. 2

    Add the flour and mix for about 30 seconds

  3. 3

    Spread coconut flakes and add directly into the oven for about 15-20 mins.
