Wash white rice and soak in water for about 30 mins. Blend and seive to remove the chap.

Pour inside a pot and put on a medium heat. Keep stirring till it boils.

Pour coconut milk into a bowl,add vanilla flavor and the powdered milk. Mix altogether. Add to the pot and continue stirring till it becomes thick. Add sugar & serve.
