Normally while dieting I've been throwing the çhicken skin away off the cooked skin chicken, I know.
So I've cooked 3 that have come off the çhicken and deep fried it.
And I think it would go nice on top of a salad cut your into small pieces and sprinkle on top . The salt and pepper seasoning. 😋 Yummy 😋

Heat the oil drop the skin in full when crispy take out and squeeze all the fat into kitchen roll. Then chop small and season.

I love to cook and bake I usually just wing it, I just guess weigh sometimes, but usually turns out okay.

👍Fried chicken skins can be bought here in texas. Just like you would buy potato chips. Delicious
