Powdered Shrimp Shells - Jon Style

This recipe isn’t really a trick. I originally published it on Cookpad on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, but it’s worth sharing again for those who haven’t seen it. Years ago, I came up with this idea to make use of shrimp shells. This shrimp shell powder adds flavor to soups, rice dishes, or any other seafood recipes. I call it 'gold from the sea.' Instead of throwing the shells away, you can enjoy them in your food.
