In a pot add oil when oil become warm add mix whole spices with curry leaves fry it for 5 mints

Now add meat with ginger garlic paste fry it until meat change color then add spices then add 1/4cup water in it and mix well and cook it until oil separated for 10 mints almost

Add 3 cups of water in it and close the lid and cook it in low medium flame for 30 to 40 mints cook meat until it become tender.

Now open the lid have a stir now add tomatoes and yogurt and whole spice powder in mix well and add green chillies in it and mix well in low medium flame cook tomatoes until it become soft...

Then add rice with water and salt to taste with vinegar mix it and close the lid for 15 to 20 mints until rice cooked properly..

At the end add kewra water in it.....

Tip: if you hv 1 glass rice then add 1.5 glass water in it n if 2 glass rice then add 3 glass water... Multiple the quantity of rice with 1.5 and use the same cup or glass for measurements....
