Dahiwali bhindi sabzi (no onion no garlic recipe)

Heat a kadhai with oil. Splutter cumin seeds. Put curry leaves and dry red chillies.
Then add the chopped bhindi. Put salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. - 2
Stir fry till okra is cooked.
Side by side prepares the dahi mixture.
As dahi mixture is ready, add water to the stir-fried okra to reduce its temperature.
This prevents curdling of the dahi. - 3
So in a blender jar, take with dahi, all the other above-mentioned ingredients.
Blend into a homogeneous dahi mixture.
Add this mixture to the stir fried bhindi. - 4
Go on continuously stirring.
Keep the heat very slow.
Cook till your preferred consistency. Put crushed kasuri methi and give a nice gentle mix.
Switch the flame off and let it cool down. - 5
Serve!!
It's ready!!
