Grilled peaches, pork and burrata

Ingredients

  1. 1ball burrata
  2. 2peaches, oiled and quartered
  3. Handfulblueberries
  4. Handfulgrape tomatoes, halved
  5. 1 tspbalsamic vinegar
  6. 1 tbspolive oil
  7. 1marinated pork tenderloin

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Bbq pork tenderloin at 500 degrees until only slightly pink in the middle

  2. 2

    Bbq peaches on direct heat, 4 mins per side

  3. 3

    Assemble salad

  4. 4

    Top fruit and arugula with olive oil, balsamic, and salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Enjoy a summer favourite!
