Ingredients

2Potatoes large
Salt to taste
1 1/4 tspBlack Pepper
1/4 tspPaprika
1/2 tspChilli flakes
100 gmsBread crumbs
70 gmsMaida
2Eggs
Oil to fry

Steps

Peel and slice the potatoes lengthwise.

Mix together potatoes,salt and 1 tsp pepper.

Mix together crumbs,maida and chilli flakes.

Whisk eggs with salt,paprika and remaining pepper.

Roll potatoes in crumb mixture.

Dip in egg.

Heat oil in a pan.

Shallow fry till light golden.

Serve with honey mustard sauce.
