Cut garlic cloves, spring onion, and chillies

Heat the butter in a pan/wok in a medium heat and stir fry the garlic cloves until they're turned slightly brown.

Put the cooked rice in the pan and mix them.

Add salt and pepper to taste and turn the heat to low. Put spring onion and chillies and stir them quickly.

Serve it and top it off with anything you like!
