Ingredients

  • 3 handfulstrofi or penne
  • 200 gkale
  • 4anchovy filletts
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1big red chilli
  • 50 gcheddar cheese
  • 50 gstilton
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute the garlic chilli and anchovies for 3 mins.

  2. 2

    Destem kale and chop, saute with above till soft

  3. 3

    Boil pasta to le denté, drain, and add to Kale mixture.

  4. 4

    Add juice of one lemon

  5. 5

    Add cheddar cheese and stir

  6. 6

    Serve after sprinkling with Stilton
