I honestly don’t even remember how I found this recipe on TikTok, but I saw so many people making it that I had to try it myself! It’s an easy, quick, and healthy breakfast or snack. I served mine with oat milk to keep it dairy-free, but you can use any milk you like. You can also customize it by swapping the chocolate for cinnamon or adding nuts. My only tip is to eat it right away so it stays crunchy—that’s the best part, at least for me!

Ingredients

  1. 2brown rice cakes
  2. 1 teaspoonunsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1 teaspoonxylitol or erythritol powder (use xylitol for strict diets)
  4. 1 splashsugar-free syrup or honey (optional)
  5. 1/2 cupoat milk (120 ml)
    Leche de avena
  6. 1 splashsugar-free chocolate syrup (optional)
    Flan fit de chocolate sin lácteos ni grasas ni azúcar

  1. 1

    Break the rice cakes into medium-sized pieces. If yours are already a bit broken, this is a great way to use up the crumbs.

  2. 2

    Add the cocoa powder and sweetener, and mix well. I added a little sugar-free syrup to help the cocoa and sweetener stick, but this is totally optional.

    Serve with your milk of choice and drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup. (You can find my chocolate syrup recipe in my chocolate flan recipe.) I always keep some in the fridge to use on everything!
