There’s nothing better than starting your day with a cup of tea. Tea not only helps shake off drowsiness, but also gives you energy for the whole day. There are many types of tea that can help protect us from colds, coughs, and congestion, especially during the rainy season. Drinking tea made with tulsi (holy basil), ginger, and black pepper can help relieve cough, cold, phlegm, asthma, headache, and congestion. This tea is beneficial for both kids and adults, especially when dealing with colds.
