Potato Egg Curry
Simple and tasty potato egg curry....

Grind this ingredients and make a fine paste....Once it is done.then keep aside...

Boil eggs and 2 potatoes in a cooker and wait for 1 whistles.Once it is done.Switch off the flame... cool it....add cold water.then peel the skin of the potatoes and take out the shell of eggs.then marinate with 1/2 tsp haldi powder, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of mustard oil.mix..it well and keep aside.In a pan add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and 1 bay leaf.saute it for few minutes.then add the marinate eggs and potatoes till it is light brown in colour.then add 1/2 tsp salt....

1/2 tsp haldi powder, and the grind masala.mix it weel then add the left over masala add water in the masala and pour to the curry...

Cover and cook till it is gravy.if you want juicy curry add enough water.but I like gravy curry so that I didn't add to much water.it is up to you.once it is done garnish with chopped coriander leaves....Transfer to a serving plate....

Serve hot potato egg curry with hot steam rice
