In pot add oil then add mustard seeds with curry leaves... When it's start cracking up add cumin seeds with black pepper fry it...

When cumin seeds also cracking up add bottle gourd in it with salt n chilli flakes n chaat masala 1/2 tsp mix well and add 1cup water in it n cook it for low flame for 1/2 hr

When bottle gourd become soft and oil separated add coriander leaves and green chilli and switch off the flame now add lemon juice in it...
