Chop bacon and fry until crisp.remove to clean plate

In hot drippings cook onions and green pepper about 5 min.

Add rice and cook for about 1 minute

Add tomato juice, water bring to boil. Cover, lower hit to minimum and cook until all liquid disappear and rice is cooked. You can add more water if needed.
