Chickpea Salad in 10 Minutes 🥰🥰🥰

Wash and chop the lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Drizzle with a little olive oil and lemon juice.

In a skillet, sauté the onion, zucchini, and red bell pepper (all diced) until they soften.

Add the spices and the drained chickpeas, and cook for another 5 minutes.

When ready, pour the warm mixture over the salad and toss well. If you like, add some feta cheese.
