Steps

1. Take a pan and mix crushed coconut, sugar &
saffron nicely & keep the mixture aside for 10
minutes
2. After 10 minutes, switch on the gas, put your pan
on it & cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes
3. Now add mawa & cook till it leaves the sides of
pan. Then add a pinch of cardamom and mix it
nicely. - 2
4. Transfer in a greased tray, level it & sprinkle little
cardamon powder.
5. After 1/2 an hour, when it has cooled down,
garnish with silver warq.
6. Cut it into pieces the & serve. - 3
The Nariyal Burfi can also be made plain I.e without saffron and cardamom. There will be no difference in taste.
You can add Edible gum also
In winter gaund is very good for our health & the taste of burfi is awesome !! It is called "NARIYAL GAUND PAK".{ if you add gond }
