Ingredients

30 minute.
2 people.
  1. 1.urad dal half cup
  2. 2.rice powder 3tsp
  3. 3.green chilli 2nos
  4. 4.curry leaves few
  5. 5.refined oil 250gram
  6. 6.salt half tsp
  7. 7.kasmiri chilli powder half tsp
  8. 8.black pepper half tsp.(split)fresh
  9. 9.jeera Gota half tsp
  10. 10.coconut grated 2tsp

Steps

30 minute.
  1. 1

    First Soak urad dal for 30 minute in a water drain the water completely and grind with ice cube and completely spongy form.

    Next mix rice powder in it add chilli powder,black pepper(crashed)jeera gota,curry leaves hing(few drops,)add salt,coconut grated also.heat your pan pouring refined oil in it and let them heat for sometime and control your flame..

    Then with the help of your hand take a round balls pour into your heating oil let them cook slowly and steadily.after golden brown take it in a tissue paper.and taste with your choice of tomato or coconut chutney..
