Steps

Boil milk 🥛 with saffron and add grated lauki until all the dries up stirring occasionally

Add sugar and food color. Continue to cook and stirring frequently till it forms a soft dough

Add butter 🧈 mix it well till all the butter 🧈 is melted and appears oily by the edges of your pan

Remove from heat set in a bowl garnish with nuts of your choice refrigerate to chill

Enjoy it hot or cold.
