Steps

Take a Kadhai add jaggery powder and 2 cups of water boil till jaggery dissolves strain and keep aside.

Clean and soak rice for 1 hour after 1 hour takes a mixie jar to add rice and coconut and make it into a fine paste.

In a thick bottomed Kadai add rice coconut paste and jaggery syrup mix well now turn to low flame cook well without stopping stir it (lumps should not form)

Let it be in low flame till it comes to dough consistency till then you keep on stirring after getting thick consistency add a spoon of ghee.

Add ghee 2-3 times little by little so that will not stick into the bottom and will avoid burning. need not add ghee more as we have added coconut.

It will take 45 mins to cook when it comes to thick dough consistency transfer to a creased plate or bowl and let it cool for some time.

Once it is cooled you can eat it as it is or else you can make it into the shapes as per your wish and garnish also you can add it as per your wish.

Jaggery halwa is now ready to Serve.
