Take a bowl madia, baking soda mix well

Then put oil and vanilla essence mix well

Add milk gradually.

Take cooker put ring an keep cake batter an keep lid remove whistle and bake for 30 to 35 minutes

Let it cool then remove from cake tin.

Take whip cream in clean bowl.

Then beat it add vanilla essence and mix it. And divide whipping cream in 3 parts orange, white, green

Then apply 1 spoon of white Whip Cream on board keep slice of cake apply whip cream cover it then on that cake layer in cover with whip cream

Decorate the cake like flag using orange, white, green colour
