Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsuji
  2. 3 cupsugar
  3. 7 cupwater
  4. Strandsas required saffron
  5. Pinchfood colour
  6. Pinchcardamom powder
  7. 1/4 cupmix dry fruits
  8. 6 spoonghee

Cooking Instructions

    Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get sweet smell. Take to a plate. Add water to kadai. Add saffron strands, sugar and bring to boil. I added little food colour. Once water boils add suji to it and mix well.

    Add ghee to a small pan and roast cashews and raisins. Once golden transfer to the suji kadai and mix well. Add cardamom powder and mix.
