Ingredients

  1. 1 lbTop Sirloin
  2. Steak Marinade
  3. 1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
  4. 1/2 cupItalian style dressing
  5. 1/2 cupBbq Sauce
  6. 1/4 tspPepper
  7. 1 tspMinced Garlic (omit if using robusto/zesty Italian dressing
  8. Salad ingredients
  9. Mixed Greens
  10. Halved Grape Tomatoes
  11. Sweet Corn
  12. Sliced Red Onion
  13. Crumbled Feta Cheese
  14. Diced Avocado
  15. Salad Dressing
  16. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  17. Red Wine Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all marinade ingredients to a large ziplock bag with the top sirloin. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour

  2. 2

    Preheat skillet or cast iron pan to lower end of medium high heat. Add marinated steak to pan. Flip every 1 minute for 8 minutes total.
    At minute 6, increase heat to high end of medium high heat to get a crust on the steak.

    Note - this cook time results in medium rare steak

    Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes

    Assemble salad ingredients

  5. 5

    Top salad with EVOO and vinegar for dressing.

    Slice steak into strips, add to salad, and enjoy!
