.5-1 lbsCod
1 - 2 Lemons (sliced)
Ritz Topping
~15 Crushed Ritz Crackers
2 TbspGrated Parmesan
1/2 tspOnion Powder
1/2 tspGarlic Powder
1/2 tsp.Ceyenne
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 tspPaprika
1 1/2 TbspParsley
2 TbspMelted Butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Add all dry ritz cracker topping ingredients together. Add melted butter and combine

Layer bottom of casserole dish with lemon slices
4

Cut fish into portions and lay on top of lemon slices in casserole dish
5

Top fish with ritz cracker topping and bake for 16-20 minutes depending on thickness of fish
6

Serve with lemon wedge and enjoy! I like to serve with jasmine rice and a vegetable.
