Ingredients

  2. Some slices of ginger
  3. 1 tbspsoy sauce, for dipping

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place ginger on top of fish. Steam fish for 10 mins

  2. 2

    After steaming. Peel off the skin. Then serve.

  3. 3

    Dip in soy sauce. Optional.
