Suran Farali Sabji
Steps

First clean the Suran and then cut it into uniform pieces. Then wash it two to three times with water.

Then add suran and water to the cooker and after 2 whistles, take it in a strainer.

Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin, ginger paste, chillies, curry leaves saute for 2 minutes.

Then add boiled suran, lemon blossom, sugar, pepper powder and salt and mix well.

So, Suran Farali Sabji is ready. Serve with curd raita.
