Gobind Lala is fond of sweets. So I tried to prepare barfi with coconut, sooji and milk as main ingredients.
Steps

Roast sooji for 2-3 minutes to light brown.

In a nonstick pan, add ghee allow it to melt in low heat. Add grated coconut and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add milk and stir occasionally.

When the moisture evaporates, add sugar and cardamom powder into the coconut preparation. Cook for some more time.

Once the mixture is released from the pan, switch off the burner. Pour the mixture on a greased tray and spread it evenly. Garnish with chopped badam, pista and saffron strings.

When the tray cools down to room temperature, cut into square barfi.
