First take a pan when the pan hit add ghee add 1 cup semolina in it, and roast it low flame fo 5 min

Take pan and add 2 tablespoon oil when the oil hit add mustard seed, curry leaves,ginger and green chilli,add peanut and onion and chana dal fry till golden brown

Then add tomato in it all are cooked very well then 2 cup water salt to taste 1 tablespoon sugar mix it well when the water is boil add roasted semolina in it cover the pan for low flame fo 5 min

Now upma is ready. Enjoy it with coconut chutney
