Ingredients

  • 3Arbi - peeled and grated)
  • 1Potato (peeled and grated)
  • 2 tbspSama ke chawal/vrat wale rice .(grind and make powder)
  • 3 tbspKuttu ka atta
  • 3/4 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  • as requiredOil for frying

  1. 1

    Mix grated arbi, potato,sama ke chawal ka powder,kuttu ka atta,salt, black pepper and green chilli.

    Heat oil in a pan,drop small portions of the arbi mixture.Deep fry them on medium heat until golden brown from all the sides.

    Your super crispy and spicy arbi pakodas are ready to serve.
